Hi, I’m Tina – the heart behind Lighten Up Your Life. I’m a qualified nutritional therapist, health coach, trauma-informed yoga teacher and yoga therapist, and mindfulness practitioner. I’m passionate about helping women live their best lives — not through restrictive diets, but by creating a healthy lifestyle and mindset that feels empowering, enjoyable, and sustainable. I believe that fat loss isn’t just about what you eat — it’s about creating a positive mindset, finding balance, and learning to love the process and our bodies. With my expertise, you’ll feel supported, motivated, and empowered to make sustainable changes that truly light you up.
My journey isn’t just professional – it’s deeply personal. After struggling with my own weight and navigating life with Hashimoto’s, I know how hard it can be to feel at home in your body. But I also know the power of small, consistent changes — and how they can transform not just your health, but your confidence and sense of self. I bring together a holistic approach to support women on their journey to better health. My passion is helping women feel their best — inside and out. After experiencing my own health transformation with a low-carb lifestyle, I knew I wanted to support other women on their journey to better health.
I’m naturally kind, thoughtful, and a great listener — and I love nothing more than supporting women to feel empowered and fabulous. . Whether dancing, and spending time with people — especially my family, including my four daughters and three grandchildren. And at 50, I challenged myself to follow a lifelong dream of learning to ride after buying my first horse — proof that it’s never too late to try something new.
I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned — and I’d love to help you discover how amazing your body can feel when you give it what it truly needs.
